Q: How long is processing and shipping?
A: Processing of orders takes between 48 to 72 hours to be processed after payment are cleared before being shipped out. Shipping is every Thursday and Friday's shipping take 2-7 business days. If item is on back order shipping is 7-14 days via USPS Priority Mail . You will receive a tracking number threw email when your order has been shipped. You have to allow up to 24-48hrs for tracking updates from USPS, tracking information is only updated when your package moves along post offices in transit to you.
Q: Can the hair be returned for refund?
A: All hair is treated as final sale, this the risk that you take when you buy virgin hair. If there is
something wrong with the bundles however, I will be happy to exchange it for you
will further discussion.
Q: How long does email response take?
A: Please allow up to 72hrs for response via email with us. We really appreciate your business and support and will answer all your concerns and questions promptly. However, there may be delays when peak seasons such as spring and summer and winter.
• Q: Can I dye /color the hair?
A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair
than to lighten the hair. Blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution
must be taken. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as
you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high
risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can`t get to a salon, always
use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
• Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
A: You can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a
hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your
scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will
help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you
don`t need to wash your extensions too much, about every 1.5-2 weeks. The extensions
can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often, because this will leave the hair frizzy.
It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
Rule of Thumb: Hot and Humid weather leaves hair dry and frizzy, please moisturize your virgin hair, like you would your natural hair.
• Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will
leave ashes, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul .
When burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be
a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may
have very few gray hairs and split end. It is normal and not a quality
problem.

Can my frontal shed: yes due to over process with bleach (30 or 40 developer), or normal wear and tare , the hair has been ventilated meaning hair was sting one by one. if you stretch you can loose a hair, if you brush to much you can comb each string out so many different ways frontal are not meant last forever unlike a closure or bundles due the bundles have been weft and frontal was install string by string.
